XULO is a Bay Area brand and popup from chef Michael de la Torre. Featuring handmade flour tortillas made in the style of Sonora, Mexico like his grandmother would make. Utilizing the finest ingredients like organic flour from Central Milling and hormone-free animal fats from Liberty Ducks, Rancho Llano Seco and Encina Farms as well as organic butter from Straus Creamery. The Marisal Sea Salt used in his tortillas hails from a cooperative in Colima, Mexico. XULO tortillas are always free of preservatives, additives and anything other than flour, water, fat and salt.
